Your Nextcloud VPS runs on KVM virtualization and is managed through Virtualizor, the VPS control panel by Softaculous. From the panel you can start, stop, and reboot your VPS, access the VNC console, reload the OS, mount custom ISOs, manage backups, and configure reverse DNS. VNC console access is built into Virtualizor. Open the Settings tab and click Launch VNC Console. This gives you direct access to your server regardless of its network state — useful for recovering from misconfigurations or troubleshooting a failed service.

Yes — PTR/RDNS is supported for IPv4 addresses. Set your reverse DNS record from the Reverse DNS tab in Virtualizor. Please note that PTR records for IPv6 are not currently supported.

Yes. Use the Install tab in Virtualizor to reload the OS — note this erases all data, so back up first. To boot from a custom ISO, upload it via the ISO menu and set the boot order under VPS Configuration.
